LEN (Lenacapavir) for PrEP is a breakthrough technology that is the first shot that you only need to take twice a year with close to 100% efficacy from early trial runs. The unique take on the shot though is that one of growing demographics in the US is that it can now also target cisgendered AA females among the normal demos. The ask was still to push the envelope with more risky creative to show off this once in a lifetime science break through.
