Duolingo’s TikTok marketing has become a phenomenon as it has skyrocketed to the #1 education app in the Apple App Store in the past years. As there are future plans to finally spend budget on traditional advertising, the following ads are a mock up of commonly mispronounced words. The idea here being to connect and engage with the viewer that we have all used the wrong word at one point or another. Hopefully, that triggers the viewer to want to educate more in learning a new language.
